Show Notes

People love to read horoscopes, take personality quizzes, and read up on their Enneagram type, yet many of us don’t consider the fact that there are also many different communication styles.  Identifying your own communication habits, as well as those around you, can help you to avoid conflict and adapt to best reach others.  KCSARC’s Family Services Specialists and Preventionist discuss communication styles and what we’ve found works well in our lives.
