King County Sexual Assault Resource Center (KCSARC) is excited to introduce a project as part of our violence prevention efforts: the Building Resilience podcast!
This show has the purpose of equipping people with what they need to end sexual violence. Each episode will focus on a topic under the larger umbrella of sexual assault, with specific steps someone can take to change the culture in their everyday life.
Our first season will feature conversations with KCSARC Family Services Specialists and Preventionist focused on communication tools and building healthy relationships with the youth in our lives.
